YEAAYS! At laST my mob cell group evaluation and preaching test is over! pdl for this! Thought that my mob cell group evaluation was better then the preaching test....for mob cell group evaluation, i led worship! Got only a bad comment from Bro Bobby that i do not need to keep my eyes open all the time while leading but i can close my eyes and just flow with the whole atmosphere too.... For the preaching test, I was slainED!! Got quite a few bad comments on my delivery of the whole sermon! and i ended the whole sermon too early! It should be a 7mins sermon but i ended in ard 5 mins! GRGG. still al lOONNG way to go before i can make it good.
Praise the Lord that i passed all my exams too! Really thought that i will fail 1 or 2 of them...esp. the test on going on to perfection!! It was SUPER demoralizing doing it, and after the whole test was over, whatever confidence i had of passing was gone! Thank God for him making up for my weaknesses..! (: Went to batam emerge last week too! And it was GOOOD and FUN! As i slept late the previous night and my handphone alarm clock never fails to not wake me up, i almost slept reAL overtime! hahas. BUT. i didn't, i slept past the time i was supposed to wake up by only abt 5 or 10 mins?....as one of my friends who wanted to take a taxi to harbour front together gave me a "morning call"....although i din ask him to wake me up. haha THANK GOD! After that, i reached BATAM! the service that i attended was REALLY GOOD! Presence of God was just so STRONG! Bro Bobby preached and the songs sung were mostly in their local language... However, despite of this! i was still touchED by presence of God! (: For me, i served as the hall usher and was responsoible in building up the atmosphere and finding seats for ppl etc....i made new frends too! in indonesia! will upload the photos below! ((: yea...basically, i could just feel God planting within me a seed of love for people, for the lost and for world missions. Would LOVE to go on a mission trip agAIN! the experience is just DIFFERENT and there's so much annointing that u can catch from missions! It's a must go for all! (: They had talentime, games, wordpower, beauty and manhunt pagents etc. too... Reached home at ard 1am after taking a ferry from batam bck to Spore! ^^
Sobs, SOT has come to an end. Went for Sot bbq yesterday!! It was heart-warming and fun but than abit sad too.... feel burdened that i really got to put what i learnt into action and bring positiVE transforMAtION in my life and people's life! (: It's the start of a new journey with my Lord...
